Armenian Lamb Sausage

ARMENIAN LAMB SAUSAGE

5 lbs. medium-ground lamb
1 cup finely chopped onion
8 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 cup water

Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Stuff into sheep casings. Broil or barbecue.
