I would like to move to Newton Falls (city or surrounding area) later this year (summer or fall) and am looking for a place to accommodate myself and my older brother. I am a law-abiding senior citizen; gainfully employed for more than 40 years; mother and grandmother. Not a drug user or drinker. I am looking for a two-bedroom, one or two (or one and a half) bath property. I am interested in renting or leasing; or possibly purchasing, depending on terms. I am currently a homeowner residing in Akron. My daughter and son-in-law live in Newton Falls and I would like to be closer to them. Originally from WVA and have lived in Ohio all my life; but I like small towns and country living. If you know you will be moving, leasing, or selling later this year, please respond to this post.
